Fighting capitalism and the drive to war
About this session

Our world is wracked by war, genocide and colonial oppression. Competition over global profits takes capitalist barbarism beyond national borders. This session will examine how the historical development of capitalism accelerated the drive to war and genocide, creating the world of imperialist rivalry as we know it today. As we enter a dangerous new era of war, a Marxist analysis can help us build a strategy to oppose war and the system that breeds it.
