Class struggle in the Great Depression
About this session

The 1930s was one of the most radical periods of class struggle in Australian history. Militant, bitter strikes led to the growth of radical politics in the workers movement, opening up space for the Communist Party to grow. This session will discuss the dynamics of radical class struggle, and the positives and negatives of the CPA at the time.
